Home to several high technology companies, the UA Tech Park houses 4 Fortune 500 companies: IBM, Raytheon, Canon USA and Citigroup, as well as several emerging technology companies including NP Photonics, and DILAS Diode Laser.  The Arizona Center for Innovation, a technology business incubator, and the UA South, a branch campus of The University of Arizona, are also located at the Park.

The UA Tech Park contributes nearly $3 billion annually to Pima County's economy and is one of the region's largest employment centers.

The Park contains a sophisticated infrastructure system that includes: steam, de-ionized water, chilled water and compressed air. The Park also features its own water treatment plant and a central utility plant that distributes all utilities to tenants on-site.
